Not using Xero yet?
One of the first steps we will do upon becoming a client of ours is migrate your business over to Xero.
How we’ll move you over to Xero
1. We welcome you as a client
After your discovery meeting, and sign up to become one of our managed clients, we will begin the process of moving you over to Xero.
2. Review
We will review your current existing data for completeness, accuracy and errors.
3. Migrate
Once at a correct standard, we will either use Jet Convert to migrate across from MYOB and Reckon, or perform a manual conversion if from QuickBooks and other software providers to migrate your historical data into a brand new Xero file.
4. We get Xero ready for you
Before we hand over your Xero file, we’ll prepare it with your business details. We assist in connecting your bank accounts, importing your transaction history, creating custom bookkeeping codes and bank rules relevant to your business. This will ensure your bookkeeping is optimised to be both accurate and easy.
5. Xero learning begins
We will send you the link to your Xero file, and some basic videos to watch about how to use Xero.
We’ll also organise some in-person Xero training for you where you can go through your file in a one-on-one setting and ask any questions you may have.

Unlike MYOB and Reckon, Xero is actually on the cloud and doesn’t need to be updated or downloaded. Because Xero is on the cloud, both you and us can log in at the same time, and both see data that is up to date.

With introduction of the ATO’s digital payroll solution (Single Touch Payroll), it’s important for businesses to have an online platform to report payroll.
