Why do we do a discovery session?

We don’t jump straight into working with a new business client.

In depth
We like to have an in depth discussion first (about half an hour), which we call a ‘discovery session.’
What are your whys?
We like to know not just the basics of who you are and what your business does, but how it’s set up and why.
Current numbers
We’ll ask you how the business is currently running, and what you’d like to improve.
Suggestions
We may suggest that we change your business structuring, and we may have some easy wins for you, but not always.
Questions
You have have questions about how we operate in an ongoing and proactive way, and we will happy explain that.
Xero
If you are already on Xero, we’ll have a quick look into your file first to see how it looks. If you’re not on Xero we will explain how we’ll migrate you across and how we’ll do that.
Are we a fit?
Above all, this discovery call ensures you know how we work, will give you a feel for who we are as people, and we can both see if we are a fit for each other.
