Like you, we have had our share of bad bosses, which is why at Optimised we treat one another with respect. Our philosophy is that if you treat the team right then they in turn will treat our clients right.

We genuinely want you to be happy in your work and will do our very best to make this happen. Yes, we work hard when we need to but it’s not a particularly stressful workplace.

The Pandemic has affirmed our thinking in this regard and we have been more than happy to accommodate the needs of team members working from home, especially working mums juggling homeschooling. Additional days off have been part of our success in keeping morale up, whilst still getting the job done for clients. We’ve faced this challenge together, helping one another get through. Together, we’re looking forward to the future with confidence and the expectation of success.
