You have always worked hard to get where you are, and are not stopping any time soon. You love to take holidays, treat your family to dinners and don’t think twice about helping a true friend in need.
You have other assets aside from your business; perhaps a rental property or share portfolio and have a rainy day fund set aside. You live and breathe your business, and at times may get in trouble from your spouse for spending too much time consumed with it. You probably won’t ever retire completely because working is a big part of who you are, but you love to flirt with the idea.
You certainly know your way around a computer, and your business could possibly already be set up on Xero. When you don’t know something your first instinct is to google it, and easily adapt to new technologies and programs. You are a Zoom master and hate when things come in the mail.
You always pay your staff their entitlements and superannuation on time, and maybe even a bonus or two. You know that retaining an employee is much easier than finding someone new, and because of this you have a small staff turnover rate. You are keenly aware that having happy staff members means that they are more likely to do better work, which in turn makes your clients happy too. You treat your staff with respect and have been known to spoil them on occasions such as Christmas time.
You want to build your business up to grow more wealth, and build this wealth to gain more freedom. You started your business because you love what you do. However, you also love to look to the future and see the business working without you in it physically.
